Since our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error.
Here’s how we handle returns:
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’re here to make it right! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
- No Returns for Change of Mind: Because our products are custom-made just for you, we aren’t able to accept returns for reasons such as size, color preferences, or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to double-check all order details before placing your order!

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
